Shatterglass is a woman owned/woman run telecommunications company that partners with the Commercial Real Estate Community, specializing in helping small to midsize business tenants set up new voice/internet/cloud services in their new office, industrial or retail commercial property. We are an extension of the companies' IT teams, with proprietary tools that allow us to see all service provider options for any particular property, and our relationships with 200+ tier 1 Telecom providers allows us to guarantee our clients that they are getting the lowest possible rates and priority customer service. We market ourselves as a "Telecom Concierge" that is included with either the building to which the tenant is moving or with the real estate broker who brokered the deal. Our services for clients are entirely free, as we get paid by whichever provider they choose. Our client work begins even before the lease is signed, when we vet the property and provide a comprehensive report of available providers, with sample pricing and installation time frames. Once the lease is signed, we consult with the client regarding their needs, review current telecom expenditures, taking their move timeline and budget into consideration. We present the client with multiple best of class options, avoiding common pitfalls incurred during a move. We typically save our clients about 30%, not to mention time and headache. We project manage the installation, coordinating with the providers, building management, company IT, and we can refer needed services such as IT, inside network cabling and wiring, security, AV setup, and even furniture venders. After installation, we remain with the client, providing free ongoing client support, acting as liaison between client and provider, escalating trouble tickets or opening billing disputes.
